The authors asked the director of the Urals Research Center for Radiation Medicine of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, Professor, Doctor of Medicine, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation Alexander V. Akleyev to comment on possible consequences of low-dose radiation exposure.
