Anatoliy Skryabin (born 1931)

Anatoliy Skryabin, in full Anatoliy Mikhaylovich Skryabin (born 1931), Assistant Professor, Honorary Professor, Head of the Laboratory of the National Research Center for Radiation Medicine and Human Ecology in Gomel, a member of the National Commission on Radiological Protection, one of the liquidators of large-scale radiation accidents on Mayak PA and in Chernobyl.

A. M. Skryabin was engaged in research programs on ground testing of nuclear weapons, participated as a member of the National Commission on Radiological Protection in conducting peaceful nuclear explosions, was responsible for the medical care and radiation safety of the people employed in them and the public. His research interests are radiation protection, radiation genetics, dosimetry, and radiobiology.
